If you have any problems with any of your produce or items purchased, please speak to a manager at one of our locations. We will provide a refund or replacement of your item in reasonable situations. We do advise that the majority of our produce should be refrigerated after purchase, and it should not be left in a hot car all day, as it is perishable. Produce should also be washed before consumption.
Please notify us as soon as possible regarding any sub-par produce that is purchased. We will inquire about the reason for the return, and how it was stored, and how long until consumption was initiated from the time of purchase. We prefer that any plants are returned to us, so that we can inquire about the care that was provided after it was purchased. We prefer that some produce is returned to us as well, or pictures if not possible to return the produce.
Any fan gear merchandise (shirts, hats, etc.) purchased should be unworn, clean, and free from dirt or pet hair. Please return these items to the location where they were purchased, or contact us online regarding an exchange or return.
We will not sell or share any personal information of our website visitors. We will remain compliant with all applicable privacy laws.
